Why is Valorant betting growing so fast in Bangladesh?
Since its release, Valorant has seen a rapid surge in both viewers and players across Bangladesh. Beyond traditional physical sports like cricket and football, a large part of this generation now takes eSports just as seriously — and that shift bk.99's Valorant section, as the user numbers clearly show.
One of the biggest advantages of Valorant is that matches air at very convenient times for Bangladesh. VCT Pacific games typically kick off between 6–8 PM, while VCT EMEA matches start around 10–11 PM local time — making it easy to watch and bet live after work or class.
What you need to know before betting on Valorant
Before getting into Valorant betting, it helps to understand the game's basic structure. Each match is typically played as a BO3 or BO5 — meaning up to 3 or 5 maps. Each map usually consists of 25 rounds (13–12, 14–11, or more if it goes to overtime).
bk.99The simplest market in Valorant betting is the Match Winner. But more experienced bettors often find better value in Map Handicap or Total Rounds markets. For example, if one team is a heavy favourite, their moneyline odds might be as low as 1.20 — but betting them at -1.5 maps on the handicap can bring the odds up to around 2.0.
Live Betting Strategies for Valorant
The pistol round is a particularly important factor in Valorant live betting. Statistics show that the team who wins the pistol round goes on to win more rounds in that half around 70% of the time. Watching the pistol round at halftime and then betting on the next half is therefore a measured strategy.
On top of that, even weaker teams can pull off surprises during an economy round, or "eco round". bk.99's live interface shows round-by-round economy standings, giving you an edge when making live betting decisions.
Which teams should you follow regularly in VCT?
To succeed at Valorant betting, understanding a team's form and playstyle is key. In the current VCT circuit, LOUD (Brazil) and NaVi have been consistently strong performers. Paper Rex are known for their aggressive style — they tend to play high-scoring matches, which makes them a useful pick for Total Rounds Over bets.
Fnatic and Team Vitality, on the other hand, tend to focus on map control, which often results in lower-scoring matches. bk.99shows each team's map win rate and average round stats — worth checking before placing any bet.
