Where can I view my past bets and withdrawal history?

After logging in to bk.99, click your profile icon in the top right corner and go to the "Betting History" or "Transaction History" section. In Betting History, you can see the full details of each bet — the match, the amount, the outcome, and your payout. You can also filter by date and bet type. Transaction History shows the date, amount, and status of every deposit and withdrawal. For any questions about a specific transaction, click the "Details" button next to that record or contact our support team.

Can bk.99 be switched to a language other than Bengali?

Yes, bk.99 supports multiple languages. You'll find a language selection icon at the top of the page or in settings — usually a flag icon or a "Language" label. Clicking it shows all available languages. The platform can be used in Bangla, English, and several other languages. If you're logged in, your language preference is saved automatically, so you won't need to change it again. That said, we recommend Bangladeshi users stick with Bangla, since all notifications and support are most complete in that language.

Confidential Advice

What does Responsible Gaming mean?

Many people think responsible betting means playing less or giving up betting altogether — but it's actually something quite different. Responsible Gaming It means betting within your means, with a clear head, and purely for entertainment. bk.99 wants you to enjoy the thrill of watching a cricket or football match just a little more — not betting out of debt or stress.

Online betting is growing in popularity across Bangladesh. For many, placing a bet on their phone during the Cricket World Cup or IPL season has become part of the routine. But some people find themselves, without realising it, in a situation where betting stops being entertainment and starts causing problems. bk.99 We want to prevent those problems before they arise.

How do you know when you're crossing the line?

Being honest with yourself about your betting habits is the hardest part. It's often difficult to notice when recreational betting is turning into an addiction. Watch out for these signs:

Placing repeated bets trying to "win back" lost money
Diverting money from essential expenses — groceries, rent, your children's education — to fund betting
Hiding your betting from family or friends
Feeling restless or uneasy when unable to bet
Betting late at night or during work hours
Placing large bets repeatedly, especially when drinking or acting out of anger

What should you do if you notice these signs?

Acknowledging it honestly is the first step. From there: log in to your account and lower your limits or enable self-exclusion from settings. Then reach out to our support team — you'll receive help in complete confidence. Remember, asking for help isn't weakness; it takes real courage.
